    Area Coach at Cotti Foods (Franchisee of Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Pieology)

    Cotti Foods is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Area Coach for Taco Bell stores in San Luis Obispo. Join us to grow your career in the Restaurant Industry!


    Scope of Work - Including but not limited to:

    • Oversees 2-3 restaurant locations.
    • Ensures highest standards of OSHA, health codes, and company policies.
    • Coaches management for operational excellence.
    • Manages employee training and orientation.
    • Collaborates with HR on employee matters.
    • Maintains a safe environment for all.
    • Identifies maintenance issues and staffing needs.
    • Focuses on operational procedures and staff motivation.
    • Collaborates with General Managers to achieve sales goals.
    • Provides leadership for guest satisfaction.
    • Assists in employee relations needs.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Quick decision-making and action-taking.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Good hygiene and presentation.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Ownership and problem-solving mentality.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of high-volume management experience.
    • Strong math, accounting, and analytical skills.
    • Energetic, positive, and organized leader.
    • Effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to drive customer and employee satisfaction.
    • Leadership skills in coaching, development, and problem-solving.
    • Minimum 50-hour work week.
    • Background check and valid Driver's License required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift 10-40 pounds, stand, and walk for extended periods.

    • 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.

    Location:

    • San Luis Obispo, CA: Must relocate before starting work.
