Job Title

A Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and wholesomeness of products in a manufacturing environment.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, quality assurance, and plant-specific rules.
• Physically inspect products for defects and report any suspicious situations to their supervisor or plant management.
• Maintain efficient production at all times while working at a safe pace.
• Understand product specifications and requirements, as well as departmental and facility job hazard analysis (JHA) and job safety analysis (JSA).

Physical Demands

The role requires standing 100% of the scheduled shift and demands include gripping, repetitive hand use, and ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). The ability to lift and/or maneuver material up to 50 lbs. may be required for select positions.

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment where you may be exposed to various temperatures and extreme temperature changes.

Job Details

• Full-time position with hours dictated by the company based on production and staffing needs.
• Regular attendance is expected, and employees must adhere to the company's attendance policy.
• Less than 10% travel required, with occasional overnight travel for training purposes.
