    Diagnose and treat a wide range of hematological and oncological disorders.
    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for veterans.
    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities.
    Provide education and support to patients and their families.

    Here's What South Texas VA Offers:

    Competitive Salary:
     $300,000 - $400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and locality pay.

    Generous Benefits Package:

    Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP): Up to $40,000 per year for up to 5 years, a total of $200,000 TAX-FREE, to help manage student loans.

    Qualifications:

    MD or DO Degree:
     From an accredited medical school.
    Valid and Unrestricted Texas Medical License
    Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology

    Strong Clinical Skills:
     Demonstrated expertise in hematology and oncology.
    Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and

    Teamwork Skills:
     Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
