Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer applications, conducting welding, marking, cutting, etc., and prepare detailed reports with equipment recommendations.
Provide technical support to customers and internal departments, adhering to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Travel to customer facilities for training, equipment installation, and process development.
Deliver presentations on equipment use, application, and process fundamentals.
Absorb technical knowledge and maintain familiarity with product line specifications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong listening and note-taking skills with attention to detail.
Experience in customer communication, with a focus on satisfaction.
Commercial and business acumen with knowledge of manufacturing and sales.
Flexible and positive attitude toward a dynamic workload and shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Education & Experience:
2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
Technical College Degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
