Job summary
The Sales Enablement Senior Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program to support the ACAMS global Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted coaching to sales reps and managers to improve sales effectiveness, deal execution, and leadership behaviors.
- Facilitate regular pipeline reviews, deal clinics, and coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement frameworks for ongoing skill development and behavioral reinforcement.
- Design and execute enablement programs aligned with business goals, including onboarding, product launches, and methodology adoption.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and consistency across enablement initiatives.
- Measure and report on program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback loops.
- Curate and manage sales content, playbooks, and tools to support the buyer journey and sales process.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders, providing insights and recommendations to improve team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales management.
- Experience working in high-growth or enterprise B2B environments.
- Coaching certification or formal training in sales methodologies is a plus.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to coach both individual contributors and managers with empathy, clarity, and impact.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to inform enablement strategies.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting strategies based on evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools.
