    As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and guiding account strategies.

    • Provide support to existing clients and collaborate with the marketing team to address customer needs.
    • Be a proficient writer and communicator to excel in this position.
    • Seeking individuals with a blend of empathy, writing proficiency, and technical expertise.
    • Show flexibility by engaging in various tasks - from creative responsibilities like email marketing to assisting clients directly.
    • Handle onboarding for both current and new clients, as well as manage post-sales partnerships.
    • Problem-solve alongside technical and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Foster long-term partnerships with clients and view them as allies.
    • Contribute to marketing initiatives by understanding user feedback and aiding in messaging development.
    • Assist the marketing team with tasks such as setting up email campaigns and analyzing data.
    • Engage in discussions about design principles and user experience to craft compelling stories.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Onboard new clients and ensure their success within the system.
    • Represent the customer internally and collaborate with different teams to maintain a consistent customer message.
    • Drive customer adoption creatively and identify advocates for marketing opportunities.
    • Enhance product adoption through targeted campaigns and programs.
    • Collaborate with product and executive teams to define core product positioning.
    • Measure effectiveness and adjust strategies based on outcomes.

    This Role Requires:

    • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
    • Ability to simplify technical jargon for customer understanding.
    • Comfort in managing high volumes of communication and multitasking.
    • Quick problem-solving skills and willingness to work with developers.
    • Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer management.
    • Excitement for calls and aligning individuals on mutual objectives.
    • Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or Marketing.
    • Appreciation for design with Enterprise Account Management experience as a bonus.
