Job Summary
The Activities Specialist plans quality activities for patients meeting their needs in accordance with laws regulations and Life Care standards.Provides ongoing programs to support patient choices of activities including facility-sponsored group individual activities and independent activities designed to meet physical mental psychosocial well-being encouraging independence interaction in the community.
- Patient care planning coordination delivery evaluation monitoring follow-up and revision as necessary
- Development implementation maintenance modification revision update documentation review analysis report generation
- Patient progress charting behavior observations daily records reports statistics summaries
