- Inspect problem roofs and perform roof repair and preventative maintenance.
- Assessing and diagnosing roofing problems
- Installing and removing flashing and other roofing components
- Conducting roof inspections
- Complete with repairs, patches, and installation of roofing systems or other components
- Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget
- Clean and maintain equipment and area.

- General maintenance- debris removal, tearing out old roof material, cleaning gutters, etc.
- Set up fall-restraint and safety equipment before each job
- Communicate recommendations and tasks completed to clients
- Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects
- Completing work orders and maintaining accurate records
- Respond to emergency leaks (on-call)
- Minimum 5 years of Residential/Commercial Roofing experience and relevant construction experience
- Clean Driver's License (REQUIRED).
- 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED to drive company vehicle).
- High school diploma, or equivalent (Preferred).
- Ability to travel when local work is not available.
- Ability to work Overtime when required.
- Must have your own hand-tools
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Must be able to frequently ascend/descend ladder up to 50 feet.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
- Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be able to work in varied extreme weather conditions (extreme hot and extreme cold weather).
- Load and unload material and equipment from variant heights.
- Load material and equipment from vehicles on and off the roof.
- Lift heavy objects by hand or with a host and clean work area.
- Shovel loose materials such as gravel, sand metal, or dirt.
