    Job DescriptionWorkday Consultant
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Workday Consultant with 5 or more years of experience for a full-time job in Manhattan, New York. This is an excellent contract role that is expected to last 12 months.
    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform, including HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and other modules.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives related to Workday implementation and optimization.
    • Lead and participate in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Configure and customize Workday applications to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate client stakeholders on Workday functionality, processes, and best practices.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on system design, configuration, and optimization to maximize the value of the Workday platform.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and Operations, to integrate Workday with other systems and applications.
    • Stay updated on Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on client implementations and strategies.
    • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices, and provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on system maintenance and administration.
    • Participate in project planning and management activities, including scoping, estimation, resource allocation, and status reporting.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of methodologies, tools, and templates to streamline Workday implementation and support processes.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or related work experience
    • Previous Workday implementation experience
    Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience with Workday Implementation

    Employment Type: Full time, Contract (12 Months)
    Salary: $80-100/hr

    Pay Details: $80.00 to $100.00 per hour
