The Role
The Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) of Innovation and Collaborations serves as a central communicator and facilitator between the In Line PLM community, Design, Product Development, Innovation Team marketing teams, and various stakeholders to deliver globally relevant and brand-appropriate products that meet our consumers' needs.
The Sr PLM of Innovation and Collaborations will utilize extensive knowledge of the UGG brand DNA, competitive positioning, market innovation trends, consumer segmentation, and real-time sales data to establish category product strategies and line assortment plans. This role merges creativity and data to collaborate with the Product Creation team and Design in creating innovative products that align with UGG's presence in the market, ensuring brand consistency and cohesion across categories.
The Sr PLM of I&C takes charge of assigned projects across the entire product lifecycle, from pre-planning to final execution, ensuring alignment with sales and margin targets, product performance, and identifying new opportunities for global consumer engagement. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role provides strategic direction for each project.
