    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Compensation Manager to lead our organization's compensation function and administer related programs and policies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing base salary and incentive programs, managing job evaluations, and ensuring the organization's competitiveness in the market through continuous market intelligence analysis. Your expertise will be instrumental in making data-driven decisions and executing effective compensation adjustments
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Conducts Job Evaluation and the Job Architecture and Career Mapping programs through analytics and job description development.
    • Owns development of a comprehensive job documentation program including consistent, clear, and compliant job descriptions.
    • Researches, analyzes, administers, and makes recommendations related to comprehensive employee total rewards initiatives and programs.
    • Reviews position descriptions, evaluates jobs to determine base pay and performs associated analysis.
    • Project Management and execution of annual salary administration programs.
    • Owns salary increase budget recommendations and management.
    • Supports Market Intelligence and Survey Management through PayFactors tool and comp management programs.
    • Collects data and conducts or participates in total compensation program surveys, evaluates, and analyzes data.
    • Runs and builds ad hoc reports, builds workbooks, pivot-tables, v-lookup, and data models.
    • Assist with labor costs, pay competitiveness, and pay equity analysis by using metrics and modeling to understand current pay trends and predict future trends.
    • Offer development support utilizing the Compensation Adjustment Worksheet, UKG, and internal and external equity comparisons for sustainable and competitive offers.
    • Supports audits as needed.
    • Teams with Finance FP&A on People Cost management and budget planning.
    • Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, Workers Compensation, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, EGTRRA, USERRA, ACA and other appropriate legislation and regulatory reporting.
    • Assist in any other duties or projects assigned by HR leadership.
    Technology Skills:
    • Calendar and scheduling software Microsoft Outlook, Kronos
    • Microsoft Excel - Expert in analytics, data management, pivot tables, formulas
    • Electronic mail software - Microsoft Exchange; Microsoft Outlook
    • Office suite software Teams, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite, Microsoft List, Microsoft Planner
    • Video conferencing software Microsoft Teams
    Skills:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
    • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
    • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
    • Requires a bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 6-years in Human Resources, Compensation, Rewards, and Analytics
    • Have a strong understanding and comprehension of business functions, corporate structure, and job duties
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
    • English proficiency, Spanish preferred
    • Project management including but limited to usage knowledge of project management softwares such as Microsoft Lists & Microsoft Planner.
    Work Activities:
    • Sedentary work under a hybrid schedule.
    • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
