Leads coordinates and supports provider compensation and revenue cycle analysis for assigned support group. This role will monitor and analyze provider revenue cycle indicators identifying opportunities for improved performance Ensure accurate budgeting and strong monitoring of financial results to maximize efficiency and identify opportunities for margin enhancement.

Coordinate provider performance compensation analysis reporting process by working with clinical hospital leadership who play a role in the process Independently analyze complete monthly performance reports for non-academic provider practice entities Work closely with regional accountants & practice leaders assess performance against targets Maintains physician compensation contract management software SMG Monitors total compensation payments made employed contracted providers ensure adherence compensation plan compliance Fair Market Value standards Communicates directly SMG leadership regarding negative variances rolling projections Continuously monitor revenue cycle improvement margin enhancement opportunities communicate Finance Provider Practice leadership Specific reporting duties include comparing reimbursement clinic/provider payor consistency across practice sites identify potential payor enrollment issues monitor act claims denials Directs payment Medical Directorships Call Pay non-productivity contractual terms Coordinates completion financial related new services provider rates long term strategic initiatives Provider Practices Leverage Inflow equivalent tool assessment Develops Monitors Physician Models including incentives conjunction Finance Provider Leadership Conduct analytical research historical data projected impact new changing services related non-academic practices Oversee maintaining physician plans incentive payment calculations maintaining productivity tools reports Collaborate Hospital Reimbursement team completion larger scale financial projections Provider Practices Key member core Administration team Analyze provide recommendations on model upgrades.
