We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a yacht carpentry or marine trades business.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a workshop setting.

Bonatto Woodworks is a yacht carpentry company serving the South Florida region. We specialize in high-end, custom woodwork. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office operations
Order materials and office supplies
Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices
Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks
Review and monitor employee time clock records and assist in scheduling
Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Support the coordination of carpentry team
Handle additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in yacht carpentry or marine trades business (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a carpentry workshop environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with carpenters, clients, and suppliers
Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
Portuguese (preferred)
