    A well-established and trusted legal administration company on-site in the heart of Downtown Seattle is looking for an experienced Legal Call Center Support Agent to engage and support potential claimants over the phone regarding their eligibility to participate in class action lawsuits.

    As a Legal Call Center Support Agent, you're responsible for answering complex participant questions according to strict guidelines while still providing warm and professional customer service.


    You're a good fit for this role if you can follow detailed instructions and enjoy hands-on support from leadership.

    Legal Call Center Support Agent Duties:

    • Respond to inbound calls regarding legal claims
    • Utilize script-system to answer questions and provide information in a compliant manner
    • Accurately document and enter call details into internal CRM

    Legal Call Center Support Agent Requirements:

    • 1+ years call center experience
    • 6+ months on-site, in-office experience
    • Experience utilizing multiple CRMs
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    Pay:
    $21-$23/hour

    * $21/hour monolingual agents (English)
    * $23/hour bilingual agents (English and Spanish)

    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (100% in-office)
