    As a HRIS Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and ongoing support of Workday and other HR Technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization of the systems.     What You Will Do:
    • Collaborate closely with internal project teams and stakeholders to provide status updates and support progress tracking.
    • Serve as a go-to resource for specific functional areas, offering expertise and guidance to all internal users.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and assist in implementing Workday best practices, preparing them for the solution rollout.
    • Provide day-to-day support for Workday and other HR Technology solutions, including configuration, system administration, troubleshooting, and data integrity audits.
    • Develop and maintain standard/ad-hoc reports to meet business requirements and ensure system accuracy.
    • Liaise with internal and external resources to resolve issues and recommend process improvements.
    • Assist in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and validation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
    • Conduct training sessions for internal clients on new processes/functionality and support the development of end-user documentation.
    • Actively participate in the Workday Community to stay informed about potential issues and new solutions.
    • Implement system Change Requests following established change management processes.
    • Provide end-to-end configuration experience for Workday solutions, including legacy data conversion and integration understanding.
    • Research and advise on Workday best practices, module dependencies, and Reporting and Dashboard capabilities.
    What You Will Bring:
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workday.
    • Post Secondary Education,
    • Previous experience with UKG considered an asset.
    • Proficiency in business process mapping and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
    • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems preferred.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to engage with multiple projects and customers simultaneously, managing priorities effectively.
    • Solid understanding of HRIS information structure, functions, and processes.
    • Customer relationship management experience.
    • Digital literacy and ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and high-quality standards.
    • Ability to audit own work for accuracy and completeness.
