The Part-Time Customer Experience Professional is responsible for coordinating the setup of customer services ensuring the smooth execution of deliveries and installations acting as a liaison between the company and the customer.This role involves managing service scheduling handling inquiries resolving issues to ensure seamless customer experienceThe specialist works closely with internal teams to optimize customer interactions enhance overall satisfaction supporting companys commitment high-quality service.
We are looking for individuals with availability work rotating weekend schedule High school diploma required additional degrees or certifications are plusOne-3 years experience in customer service product service logistics coordination related fieldStrong communication problem-solving multitasking organizational skillsProficiency with customer service software CRM systems scheduling toolsCollaborative team-oriented mindset ability work across departmentsParticipatory Duties
