Job summary
The Food Captain is responsible for ensuring all food operational execution in store are followed to maximize sales and reduce waste. They must train, teach and coach store associates on Food execution, production, replenishment, ordering organization sanitization customer service Plan and execute food sampling for employees customers Conduct lead in-store training for store employees operation teams new Foodservice programs modeling established train trainer program Follow up conduct refresher training activities as needed Ensure foodservice areas stocked using FIFO method of food rotation Order or assist ordering lower Out Of Stocks improve Shrink Monitor shrink improving sales maximize profit Identify suggest collaborate BUQAS personnel ensure manager employee Foodservice delivered Operate within budgeted expectations.Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalate Education/instructional retail experience desired Leading supervisory experience.
- Minimum two years Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail Experience working leadership team building Skills collaboration cooperation communication organization certifications include ServSafe NRFSP Strong English French Quebec Provinces Customer service oriented excellent customer skills Consistently delivering deadlines Communicates written oral customers management vendors.
