    THE OPPORTUNITY
    As Coordinator, Technology Solutions, you will maintain the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure. You'll be responsible for providing daily customer support to all end-users, resolving issues, and upholding security best practices. This position is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, exhibits a proactive work approach, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Provide tier one technical support to end-users for all computer and technology related requests utilizing the organization's ticketing system and escalating when necessary to ensure a seamless user experience. (60%)
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of all computer related equipment deployed worldwide to assist with equipment lifecycle management. (10%)
    • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by facilitating equipment deployment, delivering basic training, and managing the collection and re-inventory of equipment. (10%)
    • Assist with equipment patch management by reviewing logs and pushing out updates as needed to ensure our equipment is secure and running the latest versions. (5%)
    • Order all technology accessories and supplies as needed to maintain sufficient inventory. (5%)
    • Assist with quarterly system maintenance to ensure network is running optimally. (5%)
    • Perform other duties as assigned. (5%)

    • Promote the adoption of new technologies within the organization.
    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT is required.
    • Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license and be able to drive a vehicle for work-related travel as needed and as applicable to the position. Must be willing to partake in a comprehensive background check including a drug test in accordance with applicable laws.
    • Working knowledge of Windows, IOS and Android operating systems (PCs, Macs, Tablets and other mobile devices).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
    • Calm demeanor and ability to show patience during stressful situations.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player.
    • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
    • Ability to work in a changing environment.
    NICE TO HAVES
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Familiarity with current technology trends and a proactive approach to adopting new solutions.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    COMPENSATION RANGE

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

    $30.76 hourly / $60,000 annually

Requires prolonged sitting, driving, some bending, some twisting neck and body, some stooping and stretching/reaching (up, down, out), requires grasping, feeling, and detecting, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, fax machine, telephone, calculator, projector, screen for presentations, and other office equipment on a repetitive basis. Requires normal range of hearing, talking, and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and information.
