    Overview:

    As a HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for providing HR services, guidance, and support to employees and management across various departments.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and recommend appropriate actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Manage the full cycle of employee relations, including onboarding, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and offboarding processes.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and participate in the recruitment and selection process.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the organizations goals and objectives.
    • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management best practices.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
    • 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
