    Job Description

    This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in one of our main offices located in Deerfield, IL, Oak Creek, WI, Maumee, OH, North Olmsted, OH to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.

    This Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all digital marketing aspects for a newly acquired brand of ours. You will be responsible for:
    • Create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns targeting both commercial and retail end users:
      • Email marketing campaigns; including expanding the company's marketing automation campaigns.
      • Paid advertising campaigns; PPC/SEM on Google and Bing, display/retargeting, and social media campaigns.
      • Search Engine Optimization.
    • Manage the company's social media channels; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
    • Collaborating with product management and marketing; create and manage impactful commercialization and promotion plans for new product launches; with a focus on launching the products digitally.
    • Optimize the promotion and positioning of products on our websites.
    • Leverage analytics to enhance the user experience on our websites, including online merchandising, site search, content management, self-service and lead generation.
    • Monitor KPIs and manage the reporting of our marketing campaigns. Optimize the performance of these campaigns to ensure we're meeting our objectives.
    • Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations and plans for improving these campaigns and the website KPIs. Continually assess new tactics and strategies to improve the metrics.
    • Monitor trends in digital marketing and competitors; as well as best-in-class marketing campaigns and websites.
    Qualifications
    • Track record of successfully creating and managing effective digital marketing campaigns
    • Experience creating e-mail marketing campaigns
    • Ability to drive traffic through SEO and SEM best practices
    • Must have extensive experience working with Pay per Click (PPC) and AdWords strategies on Google
    • Experience building own website in a start-up environment is highly preferred
