    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of our company's accounting operations, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets.

    Job Details

    Responsibilities:
    As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, your duties will include but not limited to:

    • Managing all aspects of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
    • Conducting year-end close and reconciliations.
    • Handling fixed asset accounting.
    • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
    • Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods.
    • Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
    • Analyzing and reconciling bank statements and general ledgers.
    • Managing company expenses.
    • Ensuring compliance with state revenue service.
    • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Participating in the ongoing development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping.
    • A strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks or other accounting software.
    • An associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
    • Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes.
    • Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
    • Ability to work closely with a team and effectively communicate financial information.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to handle high levels of confidentiality.
