Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience working with stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements.We are looking for someone with strong math and analytical skills who can analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering Knowledge Base and Service Catalog as well as configuring out-of-the-box workflows and creating/maintaining custom workflows.
