Responsibilities
- Oversight of menu planning to cater to dietary needs and restrictions of patrons visitors.
- Preparation and cooking of meals according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Management of kitchen staff including cooks, sous chefs other kitchen workers involving training supervising employees for efficient operations with retail catering service.
