About the role The
Overnight Team Member will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. We pride ourselves in offering a consistent experience throughout the overnight hours with being open 24/5. The Overnight Team Member will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. You will also be responsible for closing that day's shift for that business day and maintaining the cleanliness standards of the club.
