- Support the facilities on this contract to ensure readiness for mission activities.
- Perform operations, maintenance, inspections, preventive maintenance, replacement/upgrade and repair on hardware and systems while maintaining facility configuration control.
- Support/initiate and maintain agreements in the planning, programming, operating and maintaining of infrastructure, as needed with the host Base.
- Support OSL/LSD new facilities planning and execution activities, and support follow on activities by providing interface to host base and ongoing facilities sustainment activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and document facility modifications and maintenance.
- Perform facility maintenance and reconfiguration that are not performed by SSFB (per the Host-Tenant Support Agreement).
- Review all proposed construction or system changes to assure availability of power, heating, and air conditioning.
- Perform environmental safety, fire safety, and health functions.
- Assist in the development and implement/perform emergency management tasks to include but not limited to Continuity of Operations Plan, fire, and exercises.
- Perform property management accountability and control for all Government property and GFE and maintain property records in accordance with property policies and procedures
- Active TS/SCI CI polygraph, will consider without a poly if willing to take one
- Minimum of 7 years of facilities management experience
- Extensive knowledge of facilities management practices, requirements management, and sustainment/logistics practices
- Substantive experience providing planning, risk assessments and risk-management recommendations to program managers
- Demonstrated success in the ability to prioritize tasks and managing and supervising team members in supporting mission accomplishment
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
