Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist provides the highest level of customer service through sales support, delivery management and execution, and merchandising activities including, but not limited to the key responsibilities below.

The Delivery Specialist accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values, to foster lasting relationships and to treat our customers like family.

Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Pick-ups:Load truck per policy to protect merchandiseExecute deliveries at the time requested or scheduled by the customerProvide excellent customer service and ensure top-notch customer experience for all deliveryinteractions.

Install merchandise and instruct on proper usePick-up merchandise from customer homes as assignedKeep assigned vehicle(s) clean and maintained, as required, for safe operationComplete customer service and product service in a timely manner as assignedFollow all safety, handling and transportation procedures to avoid personal injury and propertydamagePerform other duties assigned by ManagementMerchandising:Maintain the store in rent ready conditionPrepare returned merchandise to be rent readyStock showroom and unload trucks of new merchandiseKeep sales floor clean and organizedKeep back office and store area neat and organizedJob Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageValid state driver's license and good driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsGood reading, speaking, listening skillsAbility to follow instructions and utilize problem solving skillsHeavy lifting and moving Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Coworker to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
