    Requirements:
    Applicants must possess the following:10+ Years Construction Manager on both small and large construction projectsBachelors Degree (BSCE Preferred)

    Professional Engineer- PE and/or Certified Construction Manager- CCM (Both Preferred)Excellent Communication Skills required for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients including:
    Client Relationship Development & MaintenanceMarketing for CMI Pursuits & Proposal DevelopmentContract and Task ManagementCMI Personnel Management & MentoringCMI Team Building & TrainingConstruction Partnering ExpertiseExcellent Oral and Technical Writing SkillsProposal Writing- Technical and Task ProposalsConstruction Management Services for Pennsylvania clients including: Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
