We Are Looking for Drivers at McLane!
McLane Drivers ensure the safe delivery and unloading of products from our distribution centers to our valued customers. At McLane, we prioritize growth, development, and overall well-being. Join our team as we strive for excellence together!

Pay Rate: Up to $90,000 for eligible candidates based on experience.
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000, experience-dependent.
Work Shift: Third-shift dispatch.
Specialized training provided for drivers with commercial licenses seeking additional road experience.
Various route choices, including an option for traveling drivers with increased compensation.
Diverse roles like shuttle, yard drivers, linehaul, and part-time positions are also open.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age of 21 years.
Hold a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A, Class B, or Class C) with a spotless driving record.
Recent graduates with a CDL are welcome to apply.
Must satisfy McLane's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and risk rating criteria.

Candidates may undergo a background check and drug screening as per legal requirements.
