Description
Our client, a mission-driven marketing agency just outside of Boston, is looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join their teamThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with long-standing clients, as well as forming relationships with new clients as projects ariseResponsibilities:
Manages the relationship between clients, agency leadership, creative team and more.
Leads projects related to health communications, healthcare, education, housing, social services and other public awareness issues
Acts as the project leader for a variety of assignments including campaign development, video production, social media, digital marketing and more
Conducts or manages research assignments including focus groups, online discussion boards, survey development
Develops campaign plans including paid media, social and digital media and other outreach efforts
Develops and maintains high profile influential relationships on behalf of clients
Creates estimates, manages budgets, develops timelines and mitigates problems as they arise
Participates in virtual and in-person events
Assists with new business development and stays abreast of new marketing trends
The ideal Senior Account Manager will have:
6-8+ years of experience in an account role; agency experience is strongly preferred
Demonstrated interest in social issues such as health, education, equity and missions of non-profits
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Bilingual skills a plus
This is a full-time opportunity to join a mission driven team. At this time the team is going into the office on Weds. While that is strongly preferred, the team can be flexible.
