    Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future The Shift Lead III, Help Desk Operations Analyst Supervisor, is responsible for the operation and sustainment of help desk activities in a 24x7 rotating shift environment
    They provide overall supervision of help desk personnel, as well as performing in-depth problem analysis and coordination with vendors or other 3rd party personnel needed to resolve problems
    They ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery against Government-approved SLAs or delivery metrics

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
    • Computing Environment Certificate relevant to assigned duties

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 8 years of position-specific relevant experience.
    • ITIL Certification

    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to lift at least 15lbs

    Clearance Requirements:
    Active Secret The projected compensation range for this position is $51,500-$86,500
    There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories
