Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future The Shift Lead III, Help Desk Operations Analyst Supervisor, is responsible for the operation and sustainment of help desk activities in a 24x7 rotating shift environmentThey provide overall supervision of help desk personnel, as well as performing in-depth problem analysis and coordination with vendors or other 3rd party personnel needed to resolve problems
They ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery against Government-approved SLAs or delivery metrics

Active Secret The projected compensation range for this position is $51,500-$86,500
