    Position Summary

    • Maintain exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways in an appealing condition ensuring cleanliness and safety for residents and visitors.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Pick up litter and debris from the grounds maintaining a clean environment.
    2. Water lawns shrubs flowers as required keeping them healthy.
    3. Apply insecticides as needed for pest control ensuring minimal disruption to daily activities.
    4. Maintain watering drainage systems effectively minimizing waste of resources.

    5. Clean all hallways common areas thoroughly including floors surfaces fixtures making sure they are spotless,
