    Join our Team as AVP, Corporate Controller at Hyland



    Overview



    As the AVP, Corporate Controller at Hyland, you will work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer in managing the company's financial activities ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your role involves overseeing team development, maintaining financial controls, and driving process improvements.



    What you will be doing

    • Lead the team's professional growth and build a strong management bench
    • Cultivate a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability
    • Implement financial statement controls and ensure compliance
    • Provide strategic influence internally and externally
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for operational excellence
    • Manage HR-related functions and hiring processes
    • Ensure compliance with privacy and security policies


    What will make you successful

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 12 years of experience in a related field
    • Minimum 8 years of management experience
    • Expertise in SOX controls and technical accounting
    • Proven ability in project management and problem-solving
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in US accounting principles
    • Adept in managing confidential information
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
