    Product Offer Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering or marketing changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building, marketing, and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

    What you'll achieve

    As a Product Offer Management Senior Specialist, you will deploy and manage product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow, working directly with diverse functions to guide in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

    You will:

    • Create and maintain all aspects of product master data from inception to go live on Dell's sales tools by actively working with product core teams to ensure successful launch
    • Drive T-minus schedule with extended teams to launch a product on time and ensure quality and audit checks are 100% accurate
    • Proactively manage and coordinate product data updates and issue resolution using global tools and processes throughout product lifecycle
    • Influence & collaborate with cross-functional business partners to improve customer and sales experience by providing solid business insights through KPI analyses
    • Be a leader in identifying process improvement opportunities, defining solutions, and influencing their global rollout

    **Essential Requirements **

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial or Systems engineering
    • Previous relevant internship experience
    • Flexible, adaptable and an active team player
    • Ability to assimilate high volumes of technical information and draw inferences
    • Solid problem solving and analytical skills

    **Desirable Requirements **

    • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
    • Able to deal with ambiguity and lead through change

    Compensation

    Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is:

    ++$47,855 - $79,090++ depending on location.
