Come find out what Anritsu has to offer youAs a Process Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will evaluate new requirements, develop, and manage new FAB processes to support new business opportunities and initiatives for OEM, Component & Fab Services.

You will work closely with customers to understand their Device and Process requirements to design a Robust and Manufacture-able Process.

Key Responsibilities includeIntroduce new technologies and processes as required to meet customer's technical and volume requirements.

Further develop and improve internal FAB process capabilities, to better serve the Fab's current customer base (Internal and external customers).Wide experience and knowledge in various semiconductor and thin film device fabrication processes needed for this position.

Candidate should have prior experience developing processes for various types of thin film devices like Photodiodes, Sensors, MMICs, and other complicated passives sub mounts etc.

Help achieve profitability and growth targets as set by the division.
This position will be reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Microwave Technology Center & Component Services based in Morgan Hill, CARequirementsRequires knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing processes and techniquesUnderstanding of customer's technical requirementsBusiness oriented mindset that can create new opportunities and collaborate well with customers.

Strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and accountability to follow through on assignments and work independently.
Excellent teamwork that works well across many functions of the organization.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
