    We have an open role for a Head of Expansion Sales, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, Americas. Your main focus will be leading our teams to drive expansion sales and subscription renewals within Celigos customer base, ultimately boosting our Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

    What would you do, if hired?

    • Lead, mentor, and recruit multiple teams of Account Managers and their Front-line Managers, all dedicated to expanding and renewing Celigos Americas customer base.
    • iPaaS experience and/or technical skills are highly desired
    • Craft and implement an account management methodology and the associated processes to maximize subscription expansion while maintaining consistent and timely renewals.
    • Get down to the numbers. B2B SaaS is in your blood and you can look forward a few years in building, and executing our expansion sales plan
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team on Go-To-Market plans and Sales Plays to drive success.
    • Provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
    • Personally engage in deals as an Executive Sponsor and foster deep collaboration with internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Executive Teams.
    • Exemplify true leadership by inspiring and developing your team through both the good times and the challenges.

    Who are we looking for?

    • A professional sales leader with 5+ years of experience in a technical B2B SaaS environment, including at least 3 years leading expansion teams in a high-growth setting, ideally in the integration and/or automation markets.
    • Strong people leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing highly engaged teams.
    • A knack for recognizing strengths in others and coaching team members to reach their full potential.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, especially in navigating new, ambiguous, or time-sensitive situations.
    • Previous experience in expanding Install Base sales and developing various go-to-market playbooks tailored to account segmentation.
    • Familiarity with managing both renewals and expansion within a book of business, along with a keen understanding of ACV, Renewals, and NRR metrics.
    • Proficiency in forecasting and analytics, with a history of integrating and successfully utilizing relevant tools.
    • The ability to assist with complex contract negotiations and sales presentations, showcasing your prowess as a closer.
    • Excellent business acumen and a deep understanding of customer base operations.
    • Direct experience managing a regionally dispersed sales team, including hiring, supervision, development, and mentoring.
    • Experience working with partners, particularly within the Netsuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft ecosystems.

    Pay Scale Information

    Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $125,000 and $175,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
