Irvine CA Automation Sales Associate Highly Regarded Large Mechanical Firm POSITION Automation Sales Associate Controls Sales Engineer Inside Sales GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Bid Coordinating Collect various bids through the bid intake email portal Review plans blueprints layouts and identify BAS controls opportunities Qualify bids leads and deliver the bids to the project development and estimating team Log data activities track bid progress Project Visits for Automation QC Perform job walks at clientsites where work has already been completed post 30 days Review graphics programming of finished systems Customer facing interact with customers survey their thoughts on the completed project Preventative Maintenance Renewal Follow Up Reach out to controls customers who have are close to their renewal of their controls maintenance service agreement Evaluate their renewal survey thoughts of the service ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Support an Outside Sales Engineer Account Manager for project work within Orange County Los Angeles and Inland Empire Review Track Submittals Generate RFIs Request for Information Communicate with Customers IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience as either a Controls Technician or a Project Engineer who is interested in moving into Sales Traits organized driven possesses a competitive spirit BENEFITS Base Salary Discretionary Bonuses Excellent Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K with Match Vacation Holiday etc Company Phone Laptop etc Company Vehicle Car Allowance or Mileage Reimbursement depending on position
