Job Title: QA Tester for Workday (Contract)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our project team on a contract basis, focusing on testing our Workday implementations. This position involves thorough testing of all Workday modules to ensure our solutions meet the high standards of functionality and reliability expected by our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Workday solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Perform hands-on testing of all Workday modules, including Human Resources, Payroll, Financial Management, and more.
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs and glitches encountered during testing.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and functionality.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates and enhancements.
• Participate in review meetings to provide insights from the QA perspective.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices throughout testing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA tester, specifically with Workday software.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with Workday functional areas such as HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

• Workday certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting.
