    Your MissionIn this role, you'll be a trusted partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), driving operational excellence and supporting consistent business outcomes. This role will enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution, and implementation of special projects across the CRO's organization.

    Responsibilities
    • Design, build, and measure scalable processes to support the rapidly growing revenue organization.
    • Support the CRO in driving operational excellence and organizational health within the revenue teams, identifying, developing, and implementing continuous process improvements to help achieve quarterly revenue targets and annual goals.
    • Coordinate and prepare for key team meetings, such as sales kick-offs and leadership meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of next actions.
    • Transparently share information and learnings across teams, documenting resources as necessary to foster knowledge sharing and team alignment.
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to ensure sales teams are informed about relevant product releases and enhancements.
    • Work closely with other teams as needed, including People, Finance, Marketing, Product & Engineering and Customer Success.
    • Support the creation of materials for Board updates, company-wide meetings, and other presentations on behalf of the CRO.
    • Organize team events for the revenue teams in Denver, managing scheduling, communication, venue arrangements, and social gatherings to promote collaboration and engagement.
    • Assist with quarterly and annual goal-planning activities, organizing goal-setting sessions with revenue team leaders, and supporting goal tracking and accountability.
    • Project manage key priorities and projects across the global Sales team.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), including managing travel forms, collaborating on job descriptions, overseeing expenses, and updating revenue policies and SOPs.
    • Work closely with the CRO to ensure effective time management and prioritization according to business objectives.
    • Assist in completing priority items for the CRO to an appropriate level of quality.

    • Strong presentation skills. You can transform data into compelling narratives and effectively communicate the "why" as well as the "what."
    • Proven experience in establishing new processes and driving their adoption within high-growth companies. You're process-oriented and excel at bringing structure where needed while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
    • Ability to connect with all individuals and teams at Propeller and thrive working both independently and collaboratively. You're comfortable immersing yourself in any aspect of the business.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the knack for extracting insights from data to formulate recommendations.
    • You possess both creative and critical thinking to tackle intricate challenges. You're highly adaptable to new and rapidly evolving situations.
    • Strong facilitation skills for meetings, coupled with adept written and verbal communication abilities.

    The estimated salary range offered for this role is $90,000.00-$110, This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
