    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to manage a large book of risk management business across various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, public entities, and education.

    This strategic role involves overseeing service delivery, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding new clients, as well as renewals for existing accounts.

    Main Responsibilities

    Marketing: Assist in designing and executing renewal marketing strategies by analyzing current plans, identifying coverage gaps, and working with underwriters to secure competitive and comprehensive insurance that meets clients' needs.

    Client Service: Provide complex account management work, balancing 'in the weeds' duties with delegating tasks to account managers.

    Requirements and Experience

    • At least five years of commercial insurance industry experience in a Senior Account Manager or Lead Account Executive capacity.
    • Broad knowledge of general risk management Commercial P&C insurance for accounts generating at least $25k in revenue and often $2MM-$4MM in premium.
    • Strong control over the marketing process, excellent underwriting relationships, and negotiation skills.
    • Able to walk alongside clients through the entire life cycle of the account, from onboarding to renewal.
