    Description
    $2,000.00 Hiring Bonus Description:
    NSI requires a Data Manager to support PMA-234 Next Generation Jammer-program efforts
    Candidate must have a clear understanding of a DD1423 and guidelines to properly complete and Data Item Description (DID) requirements knowledge, using ASSIST database
    Be able to set up data sets for CDRL tracking, reviewing, and processing CDRLs for government approval/responses, preparing government disposition letters, preparing reports & present vendor delivery schedule status, and provide metrics feedback of vendor submissions, and responding to program leadership data calls
    Maintain SharePoint training updates and CDRL Tool training
    Provide back-up assistance to other Data Management areas within the program office

    Managing CDRLs by:
    Inspecting data deliverable data rights and security marking requirements
    Maintaining the Configuration Status Accounting for data deliverables
    Prepare data sets
    Initiate data deliverable work flows and track to completion
    Coordinate with the contractor to correct non-conforming markings
    Prepare disposition letters
    Track metrics for CPARS/IPARS input
    Answering various data calls
    Preparing data deliverable status reports and presenting at team meetings
    Keeping leadership informed of issues regarding data deliverables
    Provide DM CDRL tool training
    Review DD1423s for accuracy and completeness
    Validate Data Item Descriptions using the ASSIT database

    Location:
    Patuxent River, MD/

    Hybrid Education:
    Bachelor's Degree (Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree)

    Experience: 3+ year (experience in the NAVAIR configuration change management process a plus)

    Security Clearance:
