Title: Sr. Design Engineer (with Gas Turbin & MRB)

Location: Connecticut - East Hartford / Michigan Lansing

Job Description:

1. BSME / BSAE degree
2. Gas Turbine (Aero-engine, industrial gas turbine, submarine turbine exp) product design experience
3. 7 years of experience if the resources have MRE certification.
4. 15 years of experience needed if the resources don't have MRE certification.
5. Working/expressible knowledge of Non-Conforming Process in a government regulated industry (like A&D, medical, mass transit, etc.) usually this comes from Quality, Manufacturing, and/or Design roles and interaction with an ERP/MRP database tool like SAP where the NC is worked, and the data is stored. This involves NC Parts (hardware) being segregated and under locked control while the data is reviewed for a formal disposition (concession) on each NC by the Design Authority.
