The Director of Academic Quality and Assessment leads institutional efforts to foster continuous improvement in academic quality through comprehensive assessment, data analysis, and strategic planning initiatives. This position serves as the primary liaison for student learning outcomes assessment, program evaluation, and institutional effectiveness while supporting evidence-based decision-making across academic programs.

- Master's degree in education, research, administration, analytics or related field
- 5+ years in higher education assessment, institutional research or educational effectiveness
