    Job title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

    Description

    We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Superintendent to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in large scale commercial ground-up construction.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the work of all construction substrates in conjunction with the main office.
    • Arrange, monitor and be present for agency inspections.

    Key Requirements

    • A minimum 5 years' experience in large scale commercial ground-up construction projects valued at $15M+
    • Familiarity with light industrial (WAREHOUSE), Hospital, MOB or other Healthcare projects preferred;
    Candidate must have a complete understanding of the entire construction process from start to finish. A proven track record of successful project management would also be beneficial.

    In addition to technical skills this position requires excellent interpersonal skills including being able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders such as architects vendors consultants management staff etc., self-motivation proficiency using Microsoft Office applications ability take on multiple responsibilities accomplish variety tasks maintain high standards quality keep up tight schedules deadlines where necessary The ideal candidate should possess broad knowledge areas that include safety documentation teamwork collaboration leadership problem solving analytical thinking negotiation conflict resolution public speaking time-management training compliance accounting records financial analysis innovation vision entrepreneurship talent acquisition retainment succession planning total value strategy overall synergy sustainability enterprise learning OD od improvement production.</i><br/>
