Must be flexible: CNA Classes & Clinicals Day Shift Hours & Mandatory 2nd Shift (3p-11p) after completing classes

Enrolling in our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Apprenticeship program will prepare you for the certification needed to begin your career in healthcare after a short period of study and hands-on instruction at Traceway Retirement Community's GREENHOUSE Homes. As a Shahbaz Apprentice at our GreenHouse Homes, you will be an integral member of a self-managed team responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to a small group of elderly residents. You will play a vital role in creating a warm and home-like environment where residents can thrive, feel respected, and maintain their dignity.

The role of the Apprentice Shahbaz is to: protect, sustain and nurture the Elders by providing assistance with daily activities and with other needs as required in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and within the established policies and procedures of the company (Methodist Senior Services) to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all times.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Must meet the minimum age requirements for a work permit in the state; must have verification that he/she is not listed on the "Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry".
