    GovCIO is currently hiring for a Capture Manager for Growth and Developement and is a fully remote position.
    Responsibilities
    Works in close coordination with leadership and staff to develop and execute capture strategies for individual opportunities. Advances customer intel, competitive intel, pricing strategy, teaming strategy and pre-RFP proposal preparation to continually increase win probability. Manages team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

    Leads cadence of meetings and activities to execute and report on on-going capture activities including status updates, call plan updates, black hat reviews, price to win exercises, pink team reviews, etc.

    Presents status at recurring pipeline and/or stand-alone meetings.
    Frequently briefs executive level personnel.
    Creates, executes, and monitors B&P budget.
    Maintains Salesforce records for assigned opportunities.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

    Required Skills and Experience:
    Experience managing >$1B in pipeline
    Experience capturing opportunities >$20M
    Experience with DoD and IC customers
    Experience developing cutting edge IT, cybersecurity, and data solutions to meet emergent customer requirements

    Clearance required:
    Secret

    Preferred Skills and Experience
    Experience with Army NETCOM, US Army Engineering and Support Center, Army Materiel Command, Army Contracting Command, Army Space and Missile Defense Command or Missile Defense Agency customers

    Posted Pay Range

    The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.

    If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    USD $180, USD $210,000.00 /Yr.
