Netsimco, a Saalex Company is seeking an Event Coordinator in Newport, RI.Netsimco seeks an event coordinator for its Protocol & Events Department at Naval War College (NWC) located in Newport, RI.The event coordinator will serve as the main point of contact between NWC departments and outside organizations such as hotels,vendors etc.Responsibilities
- Serves as an event lead for conferences/events/ceremonies assigned by director.
- Prepares invitational travel orders for speakers panelists.
- Determines logistic requirements coordinates with NWC departments outside commands hotels vendors to ensure all conference arrangementsrequirements are met.Identifies solves any planning execution problems preventing successful conduct of an event.Credentials:HS diploma or GED required.
