    Job Description

    We are seeking a Managing Attorney, Immigration to oversee and mentor a team of legal professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication and time management skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct representation to clients on affirmative cases and defensive cases identified during consultations and in accordance with grant and programmatic goals.
    • Maintain an active caseload and apply appropriate techniques and standards in program development, service delivery, and case management.
    • Oversee legal strategy through direct supervision of a team of legal practitioners, including attorneys, Department of Justice accredited representatives, and paralegals.

    Requirements:

    • J.D. and admitted to a state bar.
    • 4+ years experience/knowledge in immigration law.
    • Bilingual English and Spanish required.
