Title: District Manager
Salary: K Base + Bonus
Overview: The District Manager role is to inspire, lead and manage a retail organization, by setting clear expectations, holding store managers accountable and setting goals that focus on key performance indicators that drive profitable transactions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: The District Managers responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Build and maintain a strong district staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training associates.
• Drives performance by successfully coaching and developing retail associates by providing feedback, recognition, and coaching.
• Successfully manages all aspects of the assigned retail store's operations.
• Delivers and executes plans that enable store teams to be focused on creating engagement and loyalty in each community.
• Empowers Store Managers to recognize and align on a selling strategy supportive of the individual store and market needs.
• Delivers and executes plans and financial objectives while empowering store managers on selling strategy.
• Manages and training sales personnel, ensuring the assigned retail store is clean and attractive, meeting, or exceeding sales goal and quotas.
• Makes certain that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Required Experience
4+ years multi-site retail management experience or experience managing a single store unit with volume of $40M+ per year
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years leading multiple teams spread throughout a geographical market
History of leading teams to achieve business results, drive success, and focusing on selling
Are adept with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds
Can travel to stores and are ok with a rotating retail schedule
