    We're looking for a Senior Sourcer to join our People Team
    What you'll do:

    • Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), high volume recruiting support for our Software Engineering, business and corporate teams
    • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader Snap Inc. organization
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
    • Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
    • Help recruiters review inbound resumes
    • Attend recruiting conferences and events and develop post-event outreach strategies
    • Operate as sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means (LinkedIn)
    • Provide strong and positive experience to Snap candidates
    • Engage top talent with your personalized approach


    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Ability to engage and activate passive candidates via internet sourcing techniques
    • Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline or sourcer bandwidth
    • Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and sourcing the very best
    • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
    • Experience mentoring junior teammates
    • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruiters
    • Skill in organization, prioritization, and operating at speed and with urgency
    • A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
    • Well networked within the creative content space
    • A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community
    • A passion for Snap Inc. and creativity


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on supporting the business and/or corporate teams

    Compensation
    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
    The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$189,000 annually.
    Zone B :
    The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$179,000 annually.
    Zone C :
    The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
