    Two of our clients in Richmond Hill and Savannah are in need of private duty nursing to assist with their low-acuity needs - no trach or vent. Both clients (one pediatric, one young adult) are surrounded by supportive families in nice houses which allows for a comfortable work environment in their homes.

    A typical day for a Home Care Registered Nurse includes:

    • Ensuring that Help at Home delivers unsurpassed care to individuals with developmental disabilities
    • Providing medically prescribed services including g-tube feedings, medication administration, first-aid care, and assistance with ADLs
    • Coordinating client care with doctors and other medical providers
    • Ensuring compliance with care plans as well as state or waiver guidelines
    • Supporting Help at Home's mission to enable the highest level of personal independence and meaningful lives for our clients
    • Assisting branch operations with other duties
    Qualifications:
    • Active RN license in the state of Georgia
    • Current CPR certification
    • One (1) year of clinical nursing experience
